FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to gynaecology and can be used for prevention of postocclusive syndrome in X-ray endovascular occlusion of uterine arteries in treatment of myomas of body of uterus. The method involves consecutive introduction of 2% lidocaine 4-6 ml, dexamethasone 1 ml in concentration 3-4 mg/ml, cephalosporin antibiotic 0.5-1 g in physiologic saline, 40% glucose 5-8 ml in a lumen of one, and then another uterine arteries prior to administration of the occlusive solution.
EFFECT: method allows preventing development of postocclusive syndrome due to elimination of physiolysis products through lymphatic system owing to stimulation lymph outflow.
