SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology and vascular surgery. Femoral arteries are punctured. Conductors of balloon catheters are placed in them. Balloon catheters are introduced with contralateral access below the bifukcation of the common iliac artery in both internal iliac arteries. Balloons are inflated to 6 atm, Veresk needles are introduced through umbilical access and pneumoniae is imposed with CO₂. Trocar and laparoscope are introduced into the abdominal region, three trocar manipulators are introduced into the right and left hypogastric regions above the lobe. Capsule of the myomatous nodule is incised and excised. Myometrium defect is sutured and the myomatous nodule is removed from the abdominal cavity. Balloon catheter is blown off and the conductors are removed, the arteriotomic opening is sutured. And before the incision of the capsule of themyomatous nodule, 0.1 ml of the adrenaline solution with 5 ml of oxytocin solution is introduced into the capsule of the nodule. Then 2/3 of the nodule is cut off and 10 ME of oxytocin is intravenously administrated. After cutting the bed of the nodule, it is squeezed into the wound.

EFFECT: method allows reducing the time of operative minimally invasive intervention, reducing the risk of accidental opening of the uterine cavity.
