FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely anaesthesiology and resuscitation, and can be used if endotracheal intubation of trachea through nose required. That is ensured by orotracheal intubation followed with insertion into the nasal passage to oral pharynx of a conductor and delivery of a nasal endotracheal tube therein. The conductor is removed thereafter. The orthoscopy aided glottis is delivered in sight with the oral intubation tube and a distal end of the nasal intubation tube. After that the oral intubation tube is removed, and the nasal one is introduced into trachea and fixed.
EFFECT: method allows considerably reducing risk of injuring the nasal mucosa and lowering hypoxia rate in insertion of the intubation tube through nose owing to the preliminary stage that provides prolonged intranasal intubation.
