FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to anaesthesiology and resuscitation, thoracic and cardiovascular surgery, and is intended for use in locating the endotracheal tube in artificial pulmonary ventilation. Artificial pulmonary ventilation is ensured by the technique of chest and anterior abdominal wall acrometerometry. In order to monitor the position of the distal end of the endotracheal tube in the bronchus or trachea and performing bilateral, single-pulmonary intubation or erroneous oesophageal intubation, marked transducers-accelerometers are used, located on thorax on both sides and anterior abdominal wall, which fix movements of thoracic or abdominal wall during artificial pulmonary ventilation.
EFFECT: method enables objectively obtaining data on location of the intubation tube, improving safety and reducing the cost of control technology.
