FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed railway carriage comprises frame (50), at least one cargo hopper and center girder (52) that makes central lengthwise axis of railway carriage. There is unloading hole nearby the hopper lower part with appropriate door (90a, 90b) arranged to turn to regulate cargo flow from the hopper. Door (90a, 90b) moves between the first closed position and first open position relative to aforesaid unloading hole. Unloading rate control system (160), which moves above doors(90a, 90b) between the first closed position and first open position, comprises a bar driven, in fact, in longitudinal direction, and coupled with the door via a lever system and coupling that serves to adjust said lever system length. Similar unloading rate control system can be used in hopper carriagee. Method of unloading from railway carriage features unloading rate control effected by moving the bar and adjusting the level system length by aforesaid coupling.
