FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, more specifically to compositions of road concrete mix based on petroleum viscous bitumen and fillers and can be used in construction and repairing automobile roads and is aimed at optimising material and grain composition and ratio of road concrete mix components. The road concrete mix contains crushed stones, sand fractions and petroleum viscous bitumen. The crushed stone is in form of crushed blast-furnace slag with particle size of 0.14-25 mm, and the sand is crushed mining sand with particle size of 0.14-2.5 mm containing 20-30 % garnet minerals with the following ratio of components, wt %: petroleum viscous bitumen - 5.0-6.0, crushed blast-furnace slag with particle size of 0.14-25 mm - 40-50, crushed mining sand containing 20-30 % garnet minerals - the rest.
EFFECT: improved quality characteristics of compositions of road concrete mix.
