FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and production of construction materials and can be used in making wall products and structures, including structures erected using a monolithic method. The crude mixture for making non-autoclave hardening foamed concrete contains the following in wt %: portland cement 27-38, quartz sand 38-50, carbamide 0.02-0.18, lime chloride 0.11-0.9, naphthenate soap 0.15-0.31, water - the rest.
EFFECT: increased strength of foamed concrete which harden in natural conditions, cutting on time for formation of pores in the dissolved mixture, reduction of drying shrinkage of foamed concrete, reduced shrinkage during moulding, reduced sorption moisture and water absorption, as well as use of readily available and cheap raw materials.
