FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: multilayer gradient structure is proposed, which comprises substrate layer (1) and at least 10 layers (2, 3), producing gradient layer, besides each of specified at least 10 layers (2, 3) at least partially contacts with substrate layer (1), moreover, specified layers differ from each other by composition of layer or by porosity, or by electric conductivity, and at the same time, specified at least 10 layers (2, 3) are arranged with provision of layer composition gradient, porosity and/or electric conductivity along full length of layer in horizontal direction along substrate layer (1). In the present invention multilayer gradient structure is also proposed, comprising substrate layer (1) and at least two layers (2, 3), producing gradient layer, besides each of specified at least two layers (2, 3) at least partially contacts with substrate layer (1), besides specified at least two layers (2, 3) differ from each other by porosity or electric conductivity with provision of layer composition gradient, porosity and/or electric conductivity at full length of layer in horizontal direction along substrate layer (1); besides overall thickness of specified gradient layer containing specified at least two layers (2, 3), makes more than 5 mcm.
EFFECT: improved operational properties and service life of electrochemical and electronic devices.
