FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: all ceramic solid oxide element comprises an anode layer, a cathode layer and an electrolyte layer, enclosed between the anode layer and the cathode layer. An electrolyte layer contains alloyed zirconium dioxide and has thickness from 40 to 300 mcm. Both anode and cathode layers contain alloyed cerium oxide or both contain alloyed zirconium dioxide. A multi-layer structure formed by the anode layer, the electrolyte layer and the cathode layer is a symmetrical structure. According to this invention, also the method is proposed for production of the specified solid-oxide element.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce a SOE having higher electrode efficiency and long-term service life.
