FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: reversible solid oxide fuel element is produced by the method including the following stages: production of a layer of a metal substrate, production of a cathode precursor on a layer of the metal substrate, production of a layer of electrolyte on the cathode precursor layer, sintering of the produced multilayered structure, production of the cathode layer through impregnation of the cathode precursor layer, production of the anode layer on the electrolyte layer, before production of the cathode layer, the layer of the metal substrate and the layer of the cathode precursor are impregnated with a precursor solution or a suspension of a barrier material with further thermal treatment.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve corrosion resistance of a metal substrate and to avoid cathode poisoning.
