FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises group of serially connected thyristors, units of pulse transformers, number of which is equal to number of thyristors, besides, each of pulse transformer units comprises pulse transformer, rectifier, inputs of which are connected to outputs of secondary transformer winding, and outputs are outputs of pulse transformer units, which also comprises single primary unit, capacitor, resistor, voltage source, common bus, thyristor condition sensors, transistor, diodes, drivers of transistor control, sources of voltage with capacitors connected in parallel to their outputs and microprocessor unit for device control.
EFFECT: improved reliability of device for control of serially connected thyristors and simplified design of pulse transformers.
