SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in electronic engineering. The device has an electronic switch on a double-diffused MOS transistor, pulse generator, pulse transformer, rectifier diode, limiting resistance, current-setting resistor, stabilitron, first and second control inputs, first and second relay outputs, second secondary winding of the pulse transformer, second rectifier diode, second limiting resistance, second electronic switch on a double-diffused MOS transistor with an integrated channel, third relay output, first and second discharge resistors. The beginning of the second secondary winding of the pulse transformer is connected to sources of the double-diffused MOS transistors of the first and second electronic switches and to the second relay output. The end of the second secondary winding of the pulse transformer is connected to the cathode of the second rectifier diode, the anode of which is connected through the second limiting resistor to the gate of the double-diffused MOS transistor with an integrated channel of the second electronic switch, the drain of which is connected to the third relay output. The first discharge resistor is connected between the gate and source of the double-diffused MOS transistor of the first electronic switch, and the second discharge resistor is connected between the gate and source of the double-diffused MOS transistor with an integrated channel of the second electronic switch.

EFFECT: wider functional capabilities of the relay and increase in its reliability.
