FIELD: personal demand items.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in generation of acoustic oscillations and their radiation in the whole volume of cleaning with the possibility to vary their parametres: amplitude, frequency, duration, and also directivity pattern of acoustic radiator: shape of main maximum, number and levels of additional maximums without damage of cleaned object surface, and in acoustic activation of dust and garbage available on surface of cleaned object. Method provides for acoustic knockout of dust and garbage from hard-to-access areas of cleaned object, acoustic lifting of dust and garbage over surface of cleaned object in the whole volume of cleaning, suction of air by suction flow with complete capture of dust and garbage available on surface of cleaned object and above with the help of suction nozzle, having acoustic radiator underneath, and air evacuation with dust and garbage along flexible hose into the first acoustic hydrocyclone. Air with dust and garbage is passed through intensely rotating hydrodynamic flow of water exposed to action of intense hydroacoustic waves with the help of the first hydroacoustic radiators, where hydroacoustic and hydrodynamic coagulation of dust and garbage particles is carried out, as well as partial disinfection of air and water under action of hydroacoustic cavitation. Air, fully cleaned from garbage and considerably cleaned from dust, moistened and partially disinfected, is sent from outlet air nozzle of the first acoustic hydrocyclone to inlet air nozzle of the second acoustic hydrocyclone with simultaneous pressing of hydroacoustically and hydrodynamically coagulated particles of dust and garbage to internal wall of the first acoustic hydrocyclone by intense hydrodynamic flow of water. Under action of gravity force, coagulated particles of dust and garbage along internal wall of the first acoustic hydrocyclone are sent to the first replaceable settling tank with further removal of solid fraction from it. Significantly cleaned and partially disinfected air with insignificant remains of moistened dust is sent through intensely rotating hydrodynamic flow of water exposed to action of intense hydroacoustic waves with the help of the second hydroacoustic radiators evenly arranged along the whole second acoustic hydrocyclone with hydroacoustic and hydrodynamic coagulation of moistened dust particles left in air, and considerable disinfection of air and water is carried out under action of hydroacoustic cavitation, as well as evacuation of fully cleaned, moistened and considerably disinfected air from outlet air nozzle of the second acoustic hydrocyclone and its removal from premise that contains cleaned object with simultaneous supply of coagulated remaining dust particles into the second replaceable settling tank and removal of solid fraction of coagulated remaining dust particles from the second replaceable settling tank.
EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning, reduced time and finance inputs, expansion of application field with provision of ecological safety of cleaning process and preservation of public health.
