SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises spraying head, fluid tank to feed fluid into spraying head, vibrator to excite spraining head oscillation, vibration exciter and to feed excitation signal to vibrator. Said spraying head comprises capillary tube and fluid ejection nozzle. Device incorporates also an appliance to act on fluid in the device inlet during ejection with pressure exceeding the first threshold pressure, at which fluid flows through spraying head when it is not subjected to vibrations, and smaller than second threshold pressure at which fluid flows through oscillating spraying head.
EFFECT: increased flow rate and lower sensitivity to setting changes and vibrations.
