SUBSTANCE: brush (14) has first pivot-joint elements (40) with fastener (38) hinged thereto and furnished with second pivot-joint elements (42) that match aforesaid first elements (40). Fastener (38) has at least first and second bearing surfaces that match first and second bearing surfaces arranged on lever (12). At least first bearing surface is oriented towards at least second bearing surface at the angle a other than 0°. Fastener (38) incorporates first and second locking elements (68) that match first and second coupled locking elements (76, 78) arranged on lever (12). At least one first locking element (68) and/or one first coupled locking element (76) can deflect from initial position. At least one second locking element and/or one second coupled locking element (78) can deflect from initial position. Direction of deflection of first locking elements (68), hence, first coupled locking elements (76), and direction of deflection of second locking elements, hence, coupled locking elements (78), make angle β other than 0°.
