FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed winch comprises handle, axle to support drum with rope, and retainer designed to inhibit unauthorised drum revolution. Note here that winch one handle is pivot-jointed to winch drum axle and, in non-operating position, arranged in panel carcass recess, while the other one is held in place by aforesaid retainer and ejector spring is fitted between said handle and panel recess carcass. Note also that aforesaid handle is located, in operating position, above panel surface and locked, apart from the pivot-joint, by catch made on winch drum axle ledge. Spring-loaded retainer is arranged in winch handle casing, its one end interacting with unlocking handle via crank and tie and its other end interacting with hoes made in panel carcass recess.
EFFECT: ease of servicing, higher safety.
