FIELD: road construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to bridge construction engineering and can be used in devices for lifting and erecting units of superstructure. Device includes support beam with anchorage, transverse beams supported by means of carriers on railtrack, mechanisms for lifting superstructure units, for longitudinal movement of device and railtrack, for transverse and longitudinal movement of mounted unit. New feature is that support beam is rigidly attached to transverse beams and is made in the form of longitudinal beams connected to each other by means of braces and transverse ties, thus forming together with transverse beams a common spatial load-carrying structure. Longitudinal beams are equipped with lower frames equipped with sliding supports interacting with upper flange of longitudinal beams and with upper frames supported in a movable way by means of sliding supports on lower frames. Devices for lifting units are fixed on upper frames and made in the form of hydraulic jacks equipped with bundle interception system and deviator; at that, lower frame is equipped with consoles on which there mounted are mechanisms of transverse movement of superstructure unit, which are made in the form of hydraulic cylinders the stocks of which are fixed on housing of upper frames. Device for longitudinal movement of superstructure units consists of support beams fixed on longitudinal beams and equipped with hydraulic jacks the stocks of which are attached to one of lower frames; at that, lower frames on each of longitudinal beams are connected to each other with rods. On longitudinal beams and lower frames there installed are limit switches, and lower and upper frames are equipped with stops interacting with limit switches. One of the ends of upper frame is attached to lower frame by means of screw-nut system. Longitudinal beams are equipped with brackets combined with rollers interacting with upper surface of lower frames. Mechanism of longitudinal movement of device and railtrack is made in the form of two drum hoists the hauling drums of which are connected through bypass units by means of ropes to transverse beam, and auxiliary hoisting drums through system of units located on diagonal beams fixed on ends of longitudinal beams are attached by means of ropes to units fixed on front part of railtrack.

EFFECT: development of improved device for lifting and erecting units of superstructure.
