FIELD: bridge construction technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for lifting and mounting a steel pylon. Method for lifting and mounting a steel pylon includes a method for mounting an inclined pylon section, a method for mounting a straight section of a pylon, a method for mounting a pylon section with a variable cross-section and a method for mounting steel cross beams, which are realized by using self-lifting formwork. After erection of one section of the pylon with the help of the formwork included in the lifting system, it is lifted to the position of the suspended installation of the next section; further, the work cycle is repeated.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of construction.
