FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method and device for supporting walls of power boiler which usually contains operating furnace. Invention namely refers to support of boiler walls (12); at that, furnace (10) is suspended on support plane of upper part of steel structures intended for this purpose, and walls (12) made of vertical boiler water tubes are supported horizontally at least by means of supports (22) located actually perpendicular to water tubes, and vertical supports (24) located outside supports (22); at that, supports (24) are attached to ground or foundation of boiler structure. At that, there supported are at least two of walls (12) located on opposite sides of furnace (10) on vertical supports (24) by means of beams (26) attached to walls (12) parallel to water tubes, and by means of attachment devices (28) located between beams (26) and vertical supports (24) so that loads directed perpendicular to walls (12) are transferred by means of vertical supports (24) to inner stresses at least of one rigid plane enclosing the boiler and attached to vertical supports (24). Peculiar feature of the device for supporting power boiler walls is that one or several rigid planes enclosing the whole boiler are attached to supports (24) and at least two water tube walls (12) on opposite side of boiler are rested on supports (24).
EFFECT: by means of such construction there reduced are loads on supporting device, and design does not cause compression and twisting of supports.
