FIELD: physics; photography.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design and method of making photovoltaic cells for generating electrical energy which are capable of working at low latitudes. A photovoltaic cell based on single-crystal silicon is prepared as follows: a polymer film is deposited via potentiostatic cycling, where the said film consists of a mixture of current conducting polysilanoaniline and polyaniline polymers which are modified with a copper chloride complex [CuCl4]2- with mass ratio of the said polymers equal to 2:10 respectively. Also proposed is a method of making the said module.
EFFECT: invention provides high efficiency operation of the photovoltaic module at temperature above 100°C without deterioration of its properties, as well as simplification of its manufacturing.
