FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing synthetic sucrose is proposed, according to which dielectric substrates are made of fluoroplastic or propylene, with a layer of tin dioxide deposited on them, on which films of polyaniline modified with an anionic heteropolycomplex having the chemical formula [P2W18O62]6- are deposited. Water is poured into a vessel located in a device for producing sucrose, a serpentine tube filled with water is lowered, and substrates are placed on its inner surface, they are placed opposite each other by sides with a deposited polyaniline layer modified with an anionic heteropolycomplex and connected in parallel to a power source. A gas mixture of carbon dioxide and hydrogen is fed into the lower part of the serpentine tube, where, under the action of a buoyant force, gas bubbles rise up through the tube, while carbon dioxide is partially dissolved in water, and a potential difference between the pairs of substrates with a voltage of 20-270 V and a frequency of 50 to 90 Hz set using a power source. As a result, sucrose molecules are formed, which dissolve in water, forming its aqueous solution, after the concentration of sucrose in water reaches 30-40 mass percent, the sucrose solution is drained.
EFFECT: production of sucrose.
