FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to belts, surgical corsets and supports. Loin support includes belt with high back and two sides equipped with fasteners from textile pile cloth velkro on their loose ends. On one side on its internal surface fastener is made from loop element of velkro fabric, and on external surface of the other side fastener of made from hook element. On external side of belt back in vertical pockets placed are stiffening ribs from resiliently elastic material. Support also contains hollow case from harmless for organism woven material made in form of belt back but with shorter sides and with possibility of its attaching and detaching from belt back. In the centre of case back vertical cut of its rear wall is made, on whose sides fixed are fasteners from hook element of velkro fabric for fastener from loop element of velkro fabric, located as vertical strip on internal surface in the centre of belt back. In case cavity insert from fur coat is placed, located with fur frontwards and with leather backwards.

EFFECT: increase of preventive, medicinal and rehabilitative impact of support on loin due to extension of its functional possibilities.
