FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: spinal brace comprises a base in the form of a back with stiffening ribs and sewn-in elastic segments of knitted rubber. The back is an end support with vertical stiffening ribs over the length of thoracic and lumbosacral levels and is arranged from a superior angle of scapula to 4-5^th sacral vertebrae. At the lumbar level, front straps with Velcro fasteners having reinforcing belts tightened under the belly are sewn down to the back. At the thoracic level, the front straps embracing the chest at the level of 5-6^th ribs, also with Velcro fasteners are sewn down to the back; the straps are crossed over at the back, wrapped around the shoulders and fastened with Velcro at the chest in front.

EFFECT: invention provides decompression of the lumbar spine for preventing the pain syndrome and disturbing the supporting force at different levels taking into account the characteristics of figure of children with glycogen storage disease.
