FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to noise protective means for workers. A hearing protection a head component, the first ear-phone and the second ear-phone attached to the head component with each ear-phone comprising an ear bowl which contains a porous material and which has a distal external surface containing an open porous material, a proximal external surface and a channel. The first end of the head component is at least partially located in this channel. The ear-phone assembly method involves the stages to provide contact of a foam plastic pad containing first, at least partially unreacted foam plastic composition with a foam plastic ear bowl containing the second at least partially unreacted foam plastic composition, and the pad and the foam plastic ear bowl are maintained to contact each other during the period sufficient to connect the foam plastic pad and the ear bowl by continuous polymerisation of the first and second foam plastic compositions.
EFFECT: there is offered hearing protection device containing porous ear-phones.
