SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to flexible headphone attachment elements for personal acoustic systems. Aim of the invention is to provide a personal acoustic system comprising an elastomeric ring gasket, which is more flexible than a headband or headphone, so that it will bend or deform in response to small external forces and loads, increasing a user's degree of convenience. Personal acoustic system and a flexible fastening element for it are disclosed. Flexible fastening element consists of an elastomeric material. In addition, the personal acoustic system includes a rim comprising a first mounting support and a headphone comprising a second mounting support. Acoustic element is placed in the headphone. Elastomeric fastening element is placed between the first mounting support and the second mounting support for flexible connection of the rim with the headphone.

EFFECT: creation of a personal acoustic system comprising an elastomeric ring gasket that is more flexible than a headband or headphone, so that it will bend or deform in response to small external forces and loads, increasing a user's degree of convenience.
