SUBSTANCE: ground of muscles of the patient's body is treated with a surface of a massage device that comprises a rolling element with a various curvature. Such types of treatment as effleurage, rolling, percussion are performed with percussion being performed while initiating a resonant vibration mode of the massage device impacted by the second rolling element. A body of the massage device is an ovoid made of conifer wood and representing glued core and spheroid elements. The core is made of Siberian cedar, and spheroid segments are of two types: wide - made of fur-tree and/or Caucasian fir and narrow - of Siberian cedar.

EFFECT: method improves effectiveness of massage treatment, reduces level of costs, increases productivity.
