FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: declared invention refers to pharmacology and medicine, concerns preparation of a new broad-spectrum interferon drug for treating infectious-inflammatory diseases of various aetiologies. There is declared stabilised immune-corrective high-bioavailable drug for treating infectious-inflammatory diseases characterised by that is made as suppositories and contains human recombinant alpha and/or beta, and/or gamma interferon, an antioxidant complex, ascorbic acid and/or its salts, complexing agent, buffer solutions, acids for stabilisation of the antioxidant complex and pH maintenance not less than 1.5 units below an isoelectric point of interferon, and also emulsifiers, softeners, stabilisers of fat-yielding suppository base for stabilisation of physical and biochemical properties of the suppository base and preparation, stabilisers of interferon activity, preserving agents and a base.
EFFECT: invention provides stable physical-chemical and biological properties, improved tolerance, bioavailability, effectiveness, extended shelf life.
