FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing of crystalline octogene, binder on the basis of methyl polyvinyl tetrazole plasticised with nitroester-nitroamine plasticiser, aluminium powder and hardening agent, casting and hardening. Besides, crystalline octogene is used, which consists of fine fraction with Sspecific =3000 cm2/g and coarse fraction with crystal size of at least 315 mcm, with content of coarse fraction in amount that provides for preservation of technological and operational properties of explosive. Methyl polyvinyl and nitroester-nitroamine plasticiser is used in ratio that provides for speed of binder detonation of at least 70% from speed of octogene detonation with preservation of mechanical characteristics, technological and operational properties of explosive.
EFFECT: improved missile property of composition without deterioration of its mechanical characteristics, technological and operational properties.
