FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosive substances (ES) for casting explosive devices for various purposes and can be used in the mining industry, geology, construction and other fields of science and technology related to the use of explosion energy of powerful ES. Casting insensitive explosive composition includes high explosive, powdered combustible metal from 15 to 36 wt.%, plasticizer - a mixture of LD-70 from 12 to 18 wt. %, polymer polyacrylic series from 3 to 7 wt. %, diphenylamine from 0.2 to 1 wt.% over 100 wt.% and oxidizing agent - ammonium perchlorate. High explosive is from 19 to 23 wt.%, contains triaminotrinitrobenzene from 12 to 21 wt.% and additionally octogen from 2 to 11 wt.%, ammonium perchlorate is from 25 to 35 wt.%. As a powder combustible metal, a mixture of aluminum powders of higher and lower dispersion relative to each other in proportions from 30:70 to 70:30, respectively, is used.
EFFECT: high power of the explosive composition and a specified critical charge detonation diameter, the required susceptibility to the initiating pulse and an increased detonation velocity are provided, while maintaining high explosion safety characteristics and expanding the range of applications.
