Provide oil constant supply by coordination and dis-coordination of several BPS operation in time. Execute the pump aggregate capacity regulation, at least of one of the BPS. For that for reaching defined minimum value of oil level in BPS tank, periodically stop the corresponding BPSs and stop oil pumping, with a condition that several BPSs joint operation time is minimum of equal to zero. At the same execute the rest BPSs start up and maintain their continuous running with oil variable pumping rate, which assures minimum BPS flow sum fluctuation. Reduce BPS tanks volumes.

EFFECT: provide oil even supply to the processing plant, as a consequence power consumptions and cost cutting, oil processing quality increase, better cleaning of water, directed from the oil processing plant to the reservoir.
