FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular, to methods of transportation of watered oil using pumps of booster pump station. Proposed control method comprises feeding fluid from buffer tank via discharge pipeline with flow rate transducer at pump outlet, selected on the basis of volume of incoming products to buffer tank and discharging discharge parameters to discharge pipeline via discharge pipeline with sensor. Booster pump station selected in which the volume of product flowing wells during the day was not less than 1000 m3/day. Installing the screw pump, which is equipped with a frequency-controlled drive. Frequency-controlled pump drive is adjusted by means of control unit, to which input and output parameters are supplied, so that at constant pump level of liquid in buffer tank is maintained at average level of ± 10 %.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reduction of power consumption due to change of operating mode taking into account characteristics of more economical pump and elimination of technologically unreasonable start-ups leading to accelerated wear and failure of pump.
