FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water-power engineering and serves to convert kinetic energy of minor and medium water flows in rivers, channels, municipal sewage pipelines etc., into electric power. Proposed hydroelectric station comprises sill, immersible and floating modules, fixed shaft, cylindrical turbine, rotation transfer mechanism, low-rpm generator, bucket- and blade-type entrapping devices located in river channel. Sill module concrete support comprises cylindrical turbine height control system. Immersible module cylindrical turbine comprises at least one eccentric and self-extending blade-type entrapping devices. The latter comprise hooking devices interacting with eccentric guide ledges and extending telescopic inserts to increase blade-type entrapping device length. Low-rpm generator shaft and sleeve run in opposite directions.
EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency.
