FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: modular power plant includes at least one module, each of which includes two vertical axes of rotor with blades rotating about its vertical axis, which are installed between guiding and diverting casing on the support interacting with the base. Inside the base there installed is automatic tracking, control and adjustment device with system of input measuring devices, automatic adjustment system interacting with capacitive storage, and converter station equipped with DC high voltage converters. Axes of rotor of left and right row are connected to low-speed generators. Left and right rows of straight and spoon-shaped blades, which are arranged on rotor axes, rotate to opposite directions. Rows of blades are arranged on different levels, between which openings are located, and blades themselves are installed in gaps between guiding and diverting casing. Protective roof having system of measuring transmitters and fastening device is connected to inlet and diverting casing, inside which there located are shafts and switching channels. System of measuring transmitters is connected to comparator and PID control including power supply unit, integrator and logic devices, which are connected through control signals to controlled plant output devices, interact through commutator and adapter of communication interface with personal computer having systems of recording, diagnostics and monitoring, automatic process control and correction of programming and protection. Each high voltage converter is made in the form of electronic mechanical control device containing switching elements of valve system, reactive capacities and control electrodes of thyristors, which are electrically connected to step-down transformers having high voltage and step-down windings interacting with consumer load.

EFFECT: invention allows unifying manufacturing process of wind motors and other facilities of various capacity, increasing their capacity and reducing manufacturing costs.
