FIELD: heating systems, drying.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry and construction industry. Housing is equipped with heat-insulating coating. Drying compartment is formed with supply box above upper belt of conveyor with outlet nozzles along lower surface, which are perpendicular to dried material, and discharge box between conveyor belts, with perforated upper surface facing the material from below. Supply box is connected with connection pipes having pressure, temperature and humidity sensors of hot heat carrier to electric heaters equipped with power control devices with emergency trip, and connected with supply connection pipes equipped with initial pressure sensors of initial heat carrier to forced-draught fans. Discharge box is connected to discharge header equipped with finite temperature sensor and finite humidity sensor of waste heat carrier and connected with pipelines in which there installed are sensors and control gate valves of negative pressure with electric drives, with heat trapping pockets above material cloth. From above and coaxially to discharge header there connected is discharge connection pipe with finite negative pressure sensor, which is connected to scavenging fan the delivery part of which is equipped with control shutoff damper with electric drive and connected through supply connection pipe to symmetrically branching heat pipeline of recirculating heat carrier, each branch of which is equipped with pressure and temperature sensors and control damper with electric drive. Each branch of this heat pipeline is connected to one of inlet connection pipes, one end of each of which is connected to forced-draught fan, and the other one - to atmosphere. In one of inlet connection pipes there installed are initial temperature and humidity sensors, control damper with electric drive, and in the other one - control damper with electric drive. To branching heat pipeline, from above, through supply connection pipe there connected is discharge pipeline interacting with atmosphere. Sensors are connected to signal processing and control unit connected to electric drives.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency and quality of drying process at automatic control.
