FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of testing equipment and may be used for check of parametres of technical state of elements of mechanisms of forced deployment of aerodynamic control surface. Device contains mounting basis - platform on which tested control surface with pivot arm and checked mechanism of deployment is installed, and element base including input unit of required conditions of control surface check, device for processing and analysis of data and module of parametres coordination. Also it is provided with rigidly fixed on platform support with moving roller in which rod is installed with possibility of horizontal and rotary displacement with afterfixing of position, on end of rod frame with spring-mounted supporting plate and movable annunciator of deployment for contact with pivot arm is installed, and also it is provided with regulating element for activation of spring with supporting plate and its force control and with regulating element for reliable contact of movable annunciator of deployment with control surface pivot arm. Besides mechanism of holding of control surface console is added, it consists of movable carriage installed with possibility of movement on platform with afterfixing, on it two cam control gears are installed, between them lever with retaining ring and draft and also extension of lever with latch mechanism of pivot arm are located, at that carriage of holding mechanism is associated by electric signal with device for processing and analysis of data.

EFFECT: enhancement of functionality, improvement of measurement accuracy, reduction of tests term.
