FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of ground water hydrology and may find application in design of underground water intakes, hydrotechnical structures, mining objects and drain devices. One central and 3-4 surveillance wells are drilled. Pumping is carried out with permanent debit until stationary mode of filtration is achieved. Stationary reductions of level are measured in all wells. Parametres of underground and surface waters interdependence are calculated: equivalent length and coefficient of overflow into river bed. Besides central well is arranged at the distance L from river shore line, equal to 2.5-3 capacities of water-bearing horizon. The first surveillance well is placed between central well and river shore line at the distance of (0.15-0.2)L from the central one; the second one - near river shore line; the third one - along with beam that comes out of central well parallel to river shore line, at the distance of (0.6-0.7)L from the central one; the fourth one - at opposite shore line of river.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of results.
