FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of electric engineering, in particular to technology of electric machines manufacturing, and may be used in manufacturing of copper or aluminium short-circuited windings of rotors in asynchronous electric motors. Proposed method includes assembly of casting mould, which is made of magnetic conductor laminated on holder, closed at ends by two semi-moulds, heating of casting mould in furnace up to temperature of 600 - 700 °C, supply of electroconductive metal melt into casting mould at temperature of 1280°C and extraction of finished rotor with short-circuited winding from mould after crystallisation of electroconductive metal melt. At the same time, in accordance with this invention, casting mold is previously heated in furnace up to temperature of 300 - 400 °C, then magnetic conductor slots are blown with air, and casting mould is heated up to temperature of 400 - 700 °C without air access, and melt of electroconductive metal is filled into heated casting mould at the temperature of 750 - 1280 °C.
EFFECT: improved quality of rotors in asynchronous electric motors by provision of higher resistance of electric insulation of rods in rotor slots due to production of dense and high-temperature-resistant protective electric insulating film on slot walls.
