FIELD: physics; radio.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and communication and can be used in automatic gain control, phase detectors and modulators, as well as phase-lock-loop systems, frequency multipliers or as an amplifier whose voltage transfer ratio depends on the control signal level. The analogue voltage multiplier has two differential stages, two controlled reference current sources, a controlled voltage-to-current converter, two load two-terminal devices and an additional output differential amplifier.
EFFECT: provision for high multiplication linearity.
