SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication and can be used in systems for transmitting information over communication networks between remote correspondents using transponders. The radio communication system has a transponder, first and second ground-based radio stations, each having a modulator, transmitter, decoupling filter, transceiving antenna, receiver, demodulator and modulo 2 addition unit. The transponder has a transceiving antenna, decoupling filter, first and second receivers, first and second demodulators, modulator, transmitter and modulo 2 addition unit.
EFFECT: increased transmission capacity of radio communication system with reduction of the frequency band of the transponder at the same time.
