FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method of balancing volumes of storage medium in diffusion processes of external storage environment when adjusting ratios of air components involves reducing oxygen volume by oxidising carbon and reducing increasing carbon dioxide volume by absorption balancing the external and internal pressures of the mediums. Reduction in oxygen volume is compensated by nitrogen released as a result of chemosynthesis by autotrophic bacteria in the course of denitrification of nitrogen compounds. Excess in heat and carbon dioxide is reduced by using CO2 as substrate by reducing bacteria's own body to organic compounds. External environment diffusion processes through limiting structures retard with allowed nitrogen backup whose volume is increased inside the storage chambers.

EFFECT: extension of storage life of agricultural products.
