FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method involves growing evaluated plants in natural conditions, manual harvesting of ripe crops and determining signs of stalk. For that purpose, at the end of harvesting, parts of stalk are cut at internodes of the same layer of stalk of studied samples and weight of the pieces equal by length is measured. Plants with maximum weight of the piece are selected as resistant and high-productive.
EFFECT: method enables to simplify the process of evaluation of crops resistance for lodging and select resistant and high-productive forms.
