FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: production method of instant powder for making flavoured coffee drink involves extraction of green tea with liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, cutting of yacon, drying of it in microwave field and roasting, cutting of rosehips, their drying, roasting of barley grain, acorns, kernels of nuts, kernels of fruit pits and soya. Then yacon is mixed with rosehips, barley grain, nut kernels, kernels of fruit pits and soya by loading them into cryomiller shell. The obtained mixture is impregnated with separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost in the shell until the pressure corresponds to the nitrogen saturation vapour pressure at the impregnation temperature. Depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen follow.
EFFECT: method enables to produce flavoured coffee drink out of unconventional raw material according to nonwaste technology.
