FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: production method of instant powder for production of flavoured coffee beverage provides for extraction of cinnamon by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, cutting of girasol-sunflower, its drying in microwave field and roasting, roasting of barley grain, chestnuts and soya. Then girasol-sunflower is mixed with barley grain, chestnuts and soya by loading them into cryomiller shell, the obtained mixture is impregnated with separated miscella and the pressure is raised at the same time in the shell to the point corresponding to the nitrogen saturation vapour pressure at impregnation temperature. Depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen follow.
EFFECT: method enables to produce flavoured coffee drink out of unconventional raw material according to nonwaste technology.
