FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves extraction of black tea with liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, cutting of yacon, drying of it and roasting, cutting of rosehips, their drying, roasting of barley grain, acorns, kernels of nuts, kernels of fruit pits and soya. Then yacon is mixed with rosehips, barley grain, nut kernels, kernels of fruit pits and soya by loading them into cryomiller shell, the obtained mixture is impregnated with separated miscella and the pressure is raised at the same time in the shell to the point corresponding to the nitrogen saturation vapour pressure at impregnation temperature. Then depressurisation is performed till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and cryomilled in medium of evolved nitrogen follow.

EFFECT: method enables to produce flavoured coffee drink out of unconventional raw material according to nonwaste technology.
