FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of making proton-conductive membranes, particularly membranes for medium-temperature solid polymer fuel cells with operating temperature of up to 200°C. The membrane is a film based on poly[2,2'-(4,4'-diphenyleneoxide)-5,5'-bibenzimidazole] with reduced viscosity not less than 3 dl/g (H2SO4, 25°C) with structural formula of the elementary unit doped with phosphoric acid.
EFFECT: increased mechanical stability of the membrane in doped form with high acid content.
