FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used for preparing a mixture of reagent with water by mixing components and carrying out dissolution processes. The mixer has a tank with a lid and a mixer placed in the tank with possibility of rotation using reaction force of the medium and made in form of a shaft with a cap with nozzle openings joined by a channel. The mixer is placed with possibility vertical rotation on the height of the tank, for which purpose each cap is made in form of a pipe and a sealed air chamber with the shape of an aeroplane wing. The pipe is attached to the shaft by its butt end and the air chamber is attached to the surface of the pipe. The mixer is fitted with a pipe carrying compressed air and an air heater and a compressed air regulator, both mounted on the said pipe. The air chamber is placed with possibility of changing the angle of attack.

EFFECT: higher quality of mixing and dissolving reagents, reduced power consumption and faster dissolution of reagents.
