FIELD: cellulose nitrate production. SUBSTANCE: process line for making saturated solutions has a acceptation bay, soda storage and soda saturated solution preparation bay with injection-type mixer and storage tank, soda saturation solution thinning bay, neutralization bay with static mixer/neutralizer, bay for separation sediment from neutralized water. Storage tank is made in the form of cylindrical tank with flexible floatable intake device connected through pumps to injection mixer and thinning bay, spray collectors placed in the bottom part and interconnected through water and steam supply means. Collector sprayers have a return valve, and static mixer/neutralizer has two chambers: contact chamber and static mixing chamber. Jet pipe of the contact chamber is connected to thinning bay, the second pipe branch is placed at an angle to the chamber axis. Spiral mixing members are placed in front of outlet pipe branch.
