FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of effluents. Proposed device comprises aeration, flotation and accumulation interconnected units. Aeration unit is communicated with compressed air source 7 and provided with feed pipe 2 communicated with water to be treated. Note here that flotation assembly is composed of tight tank furnished with flotation barrel with closed top and communicated with circular accumulation gap formed by surface of said barrel and tank. Besides, flotation assembly incorporates evacuation means and branch pipe to discharge unfloated material into accumulation tank. Aeration unit comprises tank wherein air pressure is kept higher than barometric pressure. Note here that feed tube communicated with nozzle arranged above effluents surface and composed of cylindrical sleeve with bottom hole communicated with compressed air source and top hole representing a diffuser to be open to tank cover. Note also that said nozzle ejects water to be aerated. For this feed tube hole is open toward nozzle inner space. Besides, tank bottom is furnished with pipe communicated via return line with aerated water distributor arranged nearby flotation barrel bottom. Barrel wall edge is locate below water level in tight tank. Tank bottom communicates via shutoff valves with bottoms of, at least, two extra accumulation tanks. Each of the latter allows control over filling levels. Besides, bottoms of, at least, two extra accumulation tanks communicate via shutoff valves with aforesaid nozzle. Note here that effluents feed pipe communicates via shutoff valve with return pipeline also furnished with shutoff valve.

EFFECT: continuous process, higher degree of water saturation with air.
