FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: scissors contains installed on underframe one opposite the other two stands, stationary of which is rigidly fixed to frame, and driving - is connected to horizontal displacement drive relative to underframe, two sets of centering rolls, each of which is fixed to side surfaces of stands, and two couples of feed rolls. Each of couples of feed rolls is fixed to side surfaces of stationary and driving stands, opposite to its side surfaces of fixation of sets of centering rollers. Couple of feed rolls, fixed to drive stand, is installed with ability of cooperative movements with it of mentioned horizontal displacement drive.

EFFECT: simplified design of disk-shaped scissors with feed rolls, reduced price.
