FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing of sound-absorbing device panel includes winding of composite material tape impregnated with binder onto shaping inserts, installation of wound inserts, with adjacency to each other, on holder with side walls, polymerisation of produced packet and withdrawal of shaping inserts. In process of winding, at first each shaping insert is wound with tape of composite material separately, then part of separately wound inserts is pairwise matched in vertical direction, and each pair of inserts is wound together. At the same time, layers of composite material impregnated with binder are laid onto one of side walls of single separately wound insert and on one of side walls of one pair of jointly wound inserts, and these inserts are additionally wound with a tape of composite material.

EFFECT: improved quality of manufactured products.
